This website is a campaign site operated by Ideate Studios (Pty) Ltd (“Ideate”, “we”, “us”) on behalf of CFAO Equipment South Africa (“CFAO Equipment”). When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, work email address, phone number, region, the nature of your enquiry, and optionally your company name. We also collect standard technical information such as IP address and browser data, campaign attribution parameters (for example which advertisement brought you to the site), and analytics data through tools such as Google Analytics and the LinkedIn Insight Tag where enabled.
3. How we use your information
Your enquiry details are used for one purpose: to connect you with the correct CFAO Equipment sales or service team for your region and enquiry type, so they can respond to your request. Technical and attribution data is used to measure advertising performance, improve the site, and maintain security.
4. Who receives your information
Enquiry details are delivered by email to the relevant CFAO Equipment regional sales, rental, parts, service or maintenance contacts, with a copy retained for campaign record keeping. We use trusted service providers to operate this site and deliver email (including Vercel and Resend), who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Marketing communications
Submitting an enquiry is a request for contact about that enquiry. We do not add you to marketing mailing lists from this site.
6. Cookies and tracking
Where analytics or advertising tags are active, cookies may be used to measure campaign performance and site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
